A couple of weeks ago, Class 3 went to the Mix, a Devon Music Service event held at Tapeley Gardens.

The Taiko Drumming club (that's Joe, my 2nd son, in the foreground) are in The Journal displaying what they can do, before we were let loose on them in our mini workshop… and there's some of our Georgeham children just behind, looking on and looking slightly wet!

We really did enjoy the day despite the mist and rain.  
The Taiko Drumming club was heavily funded and only cost £2 for an hour long session at Pottington.  After an 8 week block, this was the first of their performances; the second was at Exeter University alongside groups from around the country, and internationally too.  Do look out for the next flier / opportunity – I can thoroughly recommend it!
