Even ties…
2022-08-18T13:27:29+01:00We even teach children how to tie a tie. Yes I know, one's too long and one's too short. Even funnier, is that the tie on the right (the 'just right' one) was done himself - Dad taught him!

FROGS funding coming to GREAT use...! They've only had one cup of tea (and were very grateful of a school dinner "Lovely!" one said) but the lads on our field have been working hard through the day and the volleyball court is really starting to take shape. Looking forward to seeing the children enjoy it. Some more photos for [...]
We had a very interesting morning spent at Christchurch in Braunton. Lots of organisation involved in getting children to and from Braunton (roadworks, resurfacing and lots of tourists too it seemed!) but what a morning! The church hall was transformed into separate areas each depicting a different stage in Jesus' life. The children were able to hear stories, listen to [...]

Everyone came to school in very sporty gear today ready to raise money for Sport Relief! We had footballers, a jockey, an alpine skier, some cheerleaders and a member of the All Blacks! All in aid of a very good cause!
A lovely report from Braunton Academy about the art work and links with Beaford Arts lately. Braunton-Beaford Arts Academy (A link above to a power point from the Academy)
Thanks very much to the Cooks for giving us some time today – the children LOVED seeing the farm and having the experience of seeing lambs being born. Even a year 6 boy said it was one of the best days of school here! […]
It has been a very busy time for the class 1 and 2 science club so I thought I'd put up a few pictures to show you some of the things we've done since Christmas! Our scary monsters made out of vinegar, food colouring and bicarbonate of soda! Lots of mixing to make lava lamps! [...]
Had one of those moments in a motorway services loo where one of my boys screamed loudly at the sudden blast from the hand drier next to the sink we were using. My Starbucks went everywhere (nicely the lady gave me a replacement for free!) and there was huge embarrassment - froth everywhere and screaming kids! So, to help remedy [...]
