Thank you very much to the Braunton Ladies Handbell Ringers who played many Christmas songs to our school this afternoon! Some we knew, some were new to the children and we even videoed Jingle Bells but the verse / chorus changes confused the little ones and we had several "Hey!"s being sung! Thanks to Emma Barnes who helped organise her [...]

We have all learnt a lot about castles and their features, and what life was like hundreds of years ago. Probably the highlight of the day was the chance to do some 'jousting'! Thanks [...]

Your child is able to 'login' at home and has access to activities that have been allocated to them. They're good fun and will definitely help to consolidate classroom learning. Wow - a whole week has gone already! We've had another busy day, with lots of small group work focusing on teamwork and communication! Today's maths challenge was about recognising patterns. We also now have four resident dragons in the class! Our Class Rules are all agreed and our 'Good to be Green' system is working well! Hopefully the pictures [...]
