This afternoon we released our butterflies! We were getting worried that they would still be in their chrysalides when we finished for half term...but yesterday they started to emerge and by this afternoon all four butterflies were ready to flap their wings! Day 7 of watching the caterpillars grow! They're getting quite big now and they're starting to shed their skin. We've been watching them closely and sometimes it looks as though they're racing each other as they whizz around the cup!
Have you got a small amount of time right at the end of the day this Wednesday, to help clear out our Preschool shed? 2.45pm if you do.
