That was a really nice day. Traveling to Exeter and grouping up with the whole of the Braunton Learning Community and the Choristers from the Cathedral, singing almost a dozen songs.
…but it was also the community feel of traveling to Exeter, having lunch together, meeting up with friends and sharing a great time in beautiful surroundings. The children did us all proud!
The Chorister Outreach Project is a joint venture with Exeter Cathedral, the Cathedral School and Devon’s Music Service. They started the project in 2007 and, whilst funding is in place, continue to do this every year. Devon County Junior Choir started at the same time and after successful bid for funds is starting DCJC North, being held in Chivenor every fortnight! …DCJC
Here are all the songs from our performance… the title tells you who and what… hope you enjoy!
(And thank you Mrs P for working so hard over the past few weeks with the children – they were extremely grateful!)
