We have had a busy day today. This morning, we finished learning the actions for our Jack and the Beanstalk story. We are getting much better at telling the story and we can almost talk it through without any help! Year ones then began to create their story maps and wrote short parts of the story, whilst the reception children practiced their phonics!

This afternoon we started learning how to add small numbers together. We used a hoop and bean bags to practice adding together two groups of numbers. Miss Smale was very impressed with their counting skills! We even found a fun song that helps us with our counting.
