I’m so proud of our Year 6 children… here’s very nearly all of them sitting in the hall going through their reading paper. (I’ll make sure I don’t publish this blog until after the test is over – make sure I don’t break protocol; mind you, you can’t really see the paper or questions can you?!)
This year they’re allowed the hour to read and answer questions at their own pace, rather than last year when they had 15 minutes to read prior to opening the question booklet.
Eva’s been writing so enthusiastically, and fast, that she’s even broken the lead in her pencil!
Right, 16 minutes to go… I’ll finish this later when I have some comments from the children…
Well done to everyone for working so hard in SATs week so far! I’m sure that you are having a good week in the lovely weather playing rounders and designing your boats in between the tests! 🙂
