Dear Parent/Carer,

The DfE have said that they expect holiday clubs to be able to open from the 4th July and during the summer holidays. However, they have yet to confirm this and release details of how these clubs can operate. We expect the guidance to be released soon. Subject to the government guidance, Primary Sports and Education intend providing activity camps at Southmead Primary School during the summer holidays for the dates listed below. We have provisionally booked the following dates at the school:

Wednesday 29th July

Wednesday 5th August

Wednesday 12th August

Wednesday 19th August

The camps will run from 8.30am to 3.30pm. The cost will be £15 per child per day.

We are offering a discount for siblings booking; 2 children for £25. If you would like to provisionally book a place on one or more of the dates above please let us know ASAP. We expect the maximum number of children being able to attend each day will be 15-20 places per day and this will be on a first come first served basis. We need a minimum of 10 children per day. This may mean that some days do not run but we will try to accommodate your child/children on other days.

Once you have provisionally booked a date, you will receive, via email, the lists of activities that we are offering and a consent form. We will ask you to return the consent form by scanning or taking a photo and emailing back to us, along with making an online payment.

If the camps aren’t able to go ahead or days have to be cancelled, payments will be refunded in full. If you have any questions, or would like to make a provisional booking please contact Jemma on 07531530131 or via email north.devon
