Our Potato Planting kit arrived two weeks ago. They've been sitting on the windowsill to 'chit' to make sure they are ready to grow! We were finding it a bit hard to understand the 3 dimensions that are needed to work out volume so we decided to show it with children. Here is our representation of a volume of 6 children....with 3 children long, 1 child high and 2 children deep. Great fun and everyone seemed much clearer about volume.
