This week we have been so impressed with everyone’s hard work, especially with their writing! We have been writing about our favourite things in school, how to be a ‘rainbow friend’ (from the story Rainbow Fish) and most exciting…a letter to our friend Esther who moved to Gibraltar in February! Esther sent us a powerpoint full of pictures and stories of her adventure so far, so on Friday we each wrote her a letter!

We’ve also started looking at ‘Holiday’s in the past’ – specifically looking at Victorian seaside days! If you do come up to the classroom at all, you might spot our new display in the cloakroom!

In PE this term we have been creating our own dinosaur dance! We came up with different movements such as; stomp, plod, jump, thump!

We finished off with a half-term treat. We watched Winnie the Pooh and even had time for a science experiment…lava lamp in a bottle!
