Blowing more than a gale outside but we still decided to get out there this afternoon and flip pancakes!
The children loved it (lots of cheering and teamwork) and Team Hill won!
Joint 2nd was Team Rinvolucri and Team Ellis and 3rd was Team Turner.
You’ll spot some within the photos one of the staff too – Mrs Rinvolucri ran a blinder by organising her supply teacher, Mr Latagne, to run for her because HE WON! Miss Ellis would have won but she decided to do two extra flips and came over the line second. Well done for extra effort!
Hope you enjoyed your pancakes last week. We heard in assembly this morning that white chocolate, dark chocolate and milk chocolate with lemon, syrup and a sprinkling of sugar, on a single pancake… yes A SINGLE PANCAKE… was the favourite for one child here. No names sorry!
so glad you managed to fit this in.It was one of Polly’s big disappointment last year that she couldn’t fully participate post leg fracture!!
She enjoyed this afternoon. 🙂 So what did she have on her pancake last Tuesday??
Great fun!
Wow, good effort for braving all that windy weather! I wonder who had all of those fillings in one pancake…., there couldn’t have been any part of the pancake that wasn’t covered…I just stuck to nutella on mine. 🙂
It was a great day!
