Festive Fun
Tick, tock, tick, tock, DING A DING A DING!
Yesterday, stalls ready? Yes! Elves ready? Yes! Games ready? Yes! Are we ready? Yes!
We prepared for mayhem as the bell went to commence the Christmas Coffee Afternoon 2014. On that special day, children (and adults too) had been preparing crazy creations and festive fun for weeks on end.
Classes 2 and 3’s games were a smashing hit – fun for all the family. Sweet prizes could be won at any stall you set your eyes on!
Back in class 4, scrumptious smells wafted out the door for the delicious delights inside – mouth-watering mince pies, piping hot mulled cider sipped out of a cup and saucer and crumbly, iced cakes.
Now, if you took a step into the hall, the mayhem really starts – laughing children, loud shouts, eager boys and excited girls.
The stalls were all laid out in rows, piled up with stocks of crunchy, iced biscuits, choco-licious truffles and tasty rocky road (yummy, yummy in my tummy!)
On our stall, we were selling a range of different crazy Christmas creations : cute, fluffy reindeer and robin pom-poms, creative Christmas cards, reindeer poop (chocolate raisins) and magical food to leave out for the reindeer on Christmas Eve. In total, our stall raised the most out of Class 4 – a whopping £93!
I would like to thank everyone who came. A big thank-you – all the money you spent is going to North Devon Hospice.

Yes… I liked the Rocky Roads… Very nice indeed 🙂
Great writing Molly.
Great review Molly 🙂 I’ve put the fluffy reindeer that you saved me on my tree (next to the robin pom pom that I bought from your stall last year). 🙂
