In Science this term class 4  have been considering how we can use our learning about materials to help us to design clothing and equipment for an outdoor adventure.  Today we brought all of these thoughts together and created our information posters that will be sent in to Pete at No Sweat Outdoors in Barnstaple so that he can choose a winner.

Here are some of our ideas at different stages through the afternoon…..I thought that the solar panel mug was very topical for our school at the moment 🙂

As it is winter now and everyone has warm clothes on we used some of our own clothes to inspire us in our designs…..well almost everyone had warm clothes on from some of the boys in class 4 that insist of wearing shorts ALL year round, boys how do you not freeze!? 😉 ) .
