We found out today that Mike used to pretend to be 007 and that he used to be able to pick locks!
But I suppose some children CAN do this with the toys and gifts like our children mentioned in assembly this morning… but others, like those in the Ukraine, can’t.
How sad.
Please collect some items together to fill a shoebox that will end up being a lovely gift for a child somewhere in the world who just otherwise, is less fortunate than our children.
Please.
Posted from the ‘Edublogs App for Android’ whilst out and about.
007 vicar who would believe it i just want to say to everyone please bring at least 1 box into school because the pictures we saw today were horrid
They were weren’t they James. Our boxes do really bring happiness, even if it’s only for a moment. Thank you for your comment. 🙂
Some of class 4 were telling me about the photos today….I think that some of them have already started planning what they are going to put in their boxes. Let’s hope we collect loads! 🙂
Wouldn’t it be lovely if we could beat last year’s number of boxes from our school? If every family could do just one box each, that would be 78! Even if you can’t do a whole box, just a few items to go in a box would be great. Empty shoeboxes would be useful too!
I hope we do beat last years number those photos where so sad (Im going to bring as many boxes as I can anyway).:)
Brilliant Liza. Spread the word in the class and let’s make it happen. 🙂
The shoeboxes are due for collection this afternoon and I thought you would all like to know that we have 50 to deliver! This is way more than last year’s total of 34, so a huge thank-you and well done to all those who were kind enough to make-up a box (or even 2 or 3 from some families).
